All quotations are non-binding, subject to project discussion, subject to scope verification, and valid for the period mentioned in the quotation. AuraXLaunch reserves the right to revise quotations before payment.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods. Work generally begins only after payment has been successfully received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices will be issued electronically. Applicable GST will be charged wherever required by law.

Estimated delivery timelines begin only after:

Client delays may extend project timelines.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, provide lawful content, respond promptly, supply required credentials, review submitted work, and maintain updated contact information. Failure to cooperate may delay delivery.

Each website package includes revisions according to the purchased plan. Additional revisions, redesigns, feature additions, or scope changes may incur additional charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Users shall not violate applicable laws, upload malicious software, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorized access, misuse our services, interfere with website security, or submit fraudulent information. AuraXLaunch may suspend access where misuse is detected.

Projects may integrate services including domain registrars, hosting providers, Google Services, Meta Platforms, payment gateways, and email providers. AuraXLaunch is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.

AuraXLaunch provides services using commercially reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific sales, business growth, search engine rankings, lead generation, advertising performance, revenue, or profitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraXLaunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before purchasing any service.

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website you consent to the practices described in that policy.

AuraXLaunch reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment remains outstanding, fraudulent activity is detected, unlawful content is submitted, these Terms are materially breached, or abusive behaviour occurs toward our staff.

AuraXLaunch shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government restrictions, third-party platform failures, power failures, and acts of God.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain website availability. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, security incidents, or third-party infrastructure failures.

AuraXLaunch may modify pricing, service offerings, website content, features, or technologies without prior notice where reasonably necessary. Changes will not affect services already purchased unless mutually agreed.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Where resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the applicable dispute resolution provisions and the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
