The challenge

DreamEase’s Shopify theme was fast enough on desktop but crawled on mid-tier Android — where most of the audience shopped. Product pages read like spec sheets, and organic traffic had plateaued.

Our approach

    Rebuilt the storefront on Hydrogen with AVIF imagery, deferred JS, and streaming SSR — LCP dropped from 3.8s to 1.1s on 4G.

  2. 02

    Rewrote every product page around jobs-to-be-done, moving from spec-sheet copy to outcome-led narrative.

  3. 03

    Added Product, Review, and FAQ schema across the catalog for rich results.

  4. 04

    Ran a targeted content pass on high-intent middle-funnel queries.
