This policy applies to all services offered by AuraXLaunch, including:

AuraXLaunch primarily provides digital services that begin consuming business resources shortly after payment.

If you request cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of payment, and all of the following conditions are satisfied, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid:

• →No design work has started
• →No onboarding process has begun
• →No domain has been registered
• →No hosting resources have been allocated
• →No developer has been assigned

Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Once any of the following activities have begun, the project is considered in progress, and no refund will ordinarily be available:

The following items are non-refundable once purchased or activated:

AuraXLaunch shall not be responsible for delays resulting from the Client's failure to provide:

• →Content
• →Images
• →Product information
• →Login credentials
• →Business information
• →Approvals
• →Feedback

Such delays do not create a right to cancellation or refund.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

Projects requiring information from the Client may remain on hold until the required information is received. Extended inactivity caused by the Client does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If AuraXLaunch fails to commence the agreed project for more than thirty (30) consecutive days after successful payment, receipt of all required project information, and at least two written follow-ups from the Client, the Client may request a refund.

Approved refunds may be issued after deducting reasonable administrative costs, as permitted by applicable law.

AuraXLaunch reserves the right to suspend work where payments remain outstanding, required information is not supplied, fraudulent activity is suspected, the Client breaches the agreed Terms, or abusive or threatening behaviour occurs.

Before initiating a chargeback through a bank or payment provider, Clients agree to contact AuraXLaunch and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks after voluntarily purchasing services may result in:

• →Immediate suspension of services
• →Termination of ongoing work
• →Recovery of outstanding amounts
• →Restriction from future services
• →Legal action where appropriate

Where a refund is approved:

• →Refunds are issued through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
• →Processing generally takes between 7 and 14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
• →Processing fees, taxes, and third-party charges may not be refundable where already incurred.

Monthly or recurring service renewals may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No refund will be provided for an active billing period that has already commenced.

Charges paid to third-party providers are governed by their own policies. These may include domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, software vendors, and cloud infrastructure providers.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights shall prevail.

AuraXLaunch reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The revised version will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
